China while enjoying the economical boom and education improvement, the SPCA believes that it’s time for the mainland to take animal welfare seriously.

With nine decades of experience in Hong Kong, the SPCA hopes to share our expertise to our motherland. We will, through various channels, including education, communication and professional support, to improve the awareness of the public and the government. Ultimately achieving a harmonious coexistence of human and animals.

SPCA has provided support and input in the drafting of the “Animal Protection Law” in China. We hope to assist the authorities to eliminate animal cruelty.
